But we can say, with full confidence, Al Di Meola, watch your back!
When he is not playing with his band, he solves the problems of many and saves the world, at his daytime job, at the Canadian Government. And that is just by day!
By night he is a blues super-hero, and he's agreed to do a Romanian Folk night for us all!
As a part of our Art, Culture and Literature Events, we plan on making happen a series of cultural urban guerrilla warfare for the heart and soul.
The details are a bit unclear right now (location, actual happening, topic, invited guests), but we are working actively towards it.

We will blow your mind!

Unrelated to this, we loved this idea and maybe would like to import it over to Ottawa. How about a Romanian Online Free Library, like they did in Bucharest?

RSA CARLETON BIRTH CRY!
Dearests,
We are here! We made it!
We invite you to celebrate with us, as our Romanian Students Association at Carleton University now officially exists!
Our first event, our birth cry, will count with the presence of four dear guests:
- Dr. Ioan Nistor (vice-dean of Civil Engineering at OttawaU);
- Eng. Danny Cheoreanu (the president of the Canadian Association of the Romanian Origin Engineers);
- Oana Moraru (a very talented, most beautiful and extremely vibrant artist/painter/photographer);

We'd like to hear about the success stories of these two professionals, about their personal journeys and what life threw at them, what did it take to get here, and where do they want to go still.
And we'll spoil our hearts and souls with an exhibition kindly put together by Oana.
Come join us, we welcome all, young and old, shy and bold, Romanian and non-Romanian (it's ok, really, we know nobody's perfect)!

Laura's an artistic devil in angelic disguise!
Like many artists today, she leads a double life: she is a successful Civil Engineer by day, working in Structural Engineering and Building Design.
By night she is the very talented, still undiscovered, owner of the most beautiful voice we were blessed to hear! And she's singing for us at the Romanian Folk Night!
